Issue
mpmu-rom-native-1.0-r0 do_fetch: Bitbake Fetcher Error
The bitbake file has a SRC_URI = "https://www.xilinx.com/bin/public/openDownload?filename=PMU_ROM.tar.gz", which when using a local cache gets converted into looking for the file "[openDownload?filename=PMU_ROM.tar.gz](https://www.xilinx.com/bin/public/openDownload?filename=PMU_ROM.tar.gz)" on the disk. This is fine in Linux, but in Windows a '?' character in the filename is forbidden. As I was using Windows tools to extract the files from the download archive, this particular file was being renamed.
**My fix was to use Linux to create these files from the archive.**
